Junior Service Operations Analyst

The purpose of the Junior Service Operations Analyst role is to assist in general support for all Zapp Service Operations activities, within a new and exciting Mobile Payments company.

Following Zapp’s launch into operational service, the Junior Service Operations Analyst will focus on supporting ITSM processes such as Incident, Change and Problem Management functions.

The role will require a desire to understand service operations/management and a desire to broaden and deepen their service operations skills in a very high profile, “always on” service environment.

The individual will ensure Zapp Participants receive a swift and value outcome by supporting in the resolution supply chain (resolving/supporting resolution) or through the analysis of historical service data and driving though operational improvements.

A Junior Service Operations Analysts will assist in the triage of inbound Participant driven incidents and enquiries originating from the service desk or self-service portal.
