Job Title

Enterprise Partnerships, CDF Senior Analyst

The Global CDF team is focused on establishing global management and policy for the CDFs around the world.

Specifically, this team is responsible for defining and establishing global operations around the funds, including their initiation, planning as well as administration and reporting. The team is also working on optimisation of funds, developing guidelines, running quarterly forecasts and annual planning.

As a CDF Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with CDF global management and analytics, which includes:

Collection, tracking and review of the planning templates

Analyzing of funds usage

Assessing risks and opportunities

Maintaining documents library and provide project management support

Role:

Essential responsibilities will include:

Maintain planning and forecasting templates

Provide templates training and user support during planning and forecasting processes

Track timeliness and accuracy of the data submission

Liaise with global Controllership, administrate approvals of the accounting treatment

Administrate and record any wavers

Maintain project mailbox

Develop and maintain documents library

Support with data analytics and reporting: understanding fund drivers, analyzing fund spend and usage, assessing risks and opportunities

Process communication to fund owners

Support with Project Management

You are an excellent Excel user, skillful in advanced formulas

You have strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics

You are a collaborator and a problem solver, and you are enthusiastic about creating meaningful and efficient operating models and processes

You are well organised, you are attentive to details and you are numerate (Accounting or Financial qualification is of benefit)

You are self-motivated person and you are constantly learning

You like operating within a cross functional and global team environment

You have strong project management skills (Project Management qualification is a plus)

You like working in a team environment

You are resilient, you have great tenacity, inquisitive mind and stress management skills
