Director, B2B Europe Product Management

The European Commercial and ACH Product Team is responsible for growing Mastercard revenue, share and volume across the Commercial and ACH segments (SME, B2B and T&E). To do this, the team takes an end-to-end approach €“ formulating market strategy, developing relevant solutions and packaging these solutions, and optimising the go-to-market process.

This role will lead the product strategy and management for the Large Market B2B segment in Europe. The B2B product lead will be responsible for growing and optimizing the portfolio by formulating regional and issuer strategies, developing and packaging relevant solutions, driving sales enablement, and creating and executing customized go-to-market approaches. This role will partner with the global and divisional Product teams as well as European Business Development and Account Management to drive B2B growth.


Grow MasterCard€™s B2B volume, revenue and market share

Partner with the Global Product Team to develop innovative and differentiated B2B product offerings

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for products across the region and with key issuers

Create winning strategies to gain market share and explore new sources of cardable volume

Deliver optimization programs to issuers and their end customers in partnership with the Account Management teams and Mastercard Advisors

Work with the Business Development team to build and execute against the direct to corporate pipeline, including sponsorship of industry events / issuer conferences, participation in lead generation activities and sales support


Background in Commercial product management, strategy development and execution

Understanding of Mastercard€™s Commercial B2B products and platforms

Self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of driving tangible business results

Strong business, commercial and financial acumen

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Flexible and solution-oriented, comfortable dealing with complexity and able to adjust strategic direction in response to changing market dynamics

Strong ability to interact with, influence and build consensus across internal and external stakeholders and varying levels of leadership

Customer focused with demonstrated ability to understand and translate customer needs into the strategy/plan and to execute against that strategy

Approx. 10-15% travel within Europe expected
