What it is
A permanent opportunity but dedicated to an 18-month program that educates, inspires personal growth, and builds professional confidence to create a Priceless career with Mastercard. Launch will include development opportunities such as:

• Business-driven rotations or experiences
• Networking and career conversations
• A capstone final project
You will have the opportunity to work with your peers on various business projects which aim to provide enhanced work experience outside of your day-to-day role.

What you’ll do
The Young Graduate will join Mastercard Sales within Account Manager and Business Development teams with a rotation within those 2 teams. He will in the end join either the Account Manager or Business Development team.
Her/His main tasks will be to develop & improve relationships with Mastercard clients (from a range within Financial Institutions, Digital Partners, Governments, Merchants & Commerce), sell highly innovative solutions (Payment solutions, Data, Loyalty, Identity, etc.) and/ or develop Mastercard acceptance network, and deal with the developments of Mastercard relationships with strategic partners.
Partner cooperatively in a team environment to support evolution of a wide array of programs across Mastercard business
Liaise with global customer base to identify opportunities to improve current programs and develop understanding of customer needs
Support larger team functions related to ensuring customer compliance with Mastercard standards
Will work with analytic insights and tools to facilitate compliance, investigative, and reporting initiatives
Perform project management duties, creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, managing compliance cases, supporting risk mitigation for our third parties
Communicate across key stakeholders to out into place action plans to address vulnerabilities and weaknesses
Interface with customers, both internal and external, to effectively communicate and educate on program rules, procedures and best practices
Perform desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting
Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required, and provide cross-functional support as needed
What you’ll need

Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
Final year or graduated since Sept 2021
Minimum predicted classification of a UK 2.1 or equivalent GPA of 3.0
Languages: English to professional standard, additional languages would be of an advantage
Studying an economics, management or engineering degree, with interest in Digital Payments technology
Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding ability a plus
Experience with Tableau, Domo, or other comparable business intelligence tools
Understanding of risk management disciplines
