The Division Head is responsible for the Advisors Division P&L, with direct responsibility for the business development team and joint responsibility for the overall pool of delivery consultants
Integral member of Mastercards Divisional leadership team, also acting as strategic advisor and thought leader for the organization
Sales responsibility for accounts and major bids including influence network and sales process
o Builds peer relationships with senior/executive level client management
o Leads sales calls and new client development including proposal contribution
o Identify new business opportunities and works with executives to pursue
Identify senior client business needs in addition to accurately capturing clients articulated requests
o Identify additional stakeholder needs and/or issues that lead to further solution opportunities and engagement expansion
o Analyze multiple aspects of clients organizational systems and culture and leverage in the sales process
Responsible for successful execution of large complex projects, directs teams including senior assets, sales responsibility for account or major MCW bid.
o Identifies most critical aspects of a problem
o Translates objectives into key hypotheses and structure work for large/complex projects or ill-defined problems.
o Quickly identifies shortcomings and take remedial action
o Develop solid set of recommendations, prioritizing based on ease of implementation and impact
o Ensure team written materials are succinct, persuasive and tailored to the level of the audience.
o Plays significant role in formal and informal presentations.
Ongoing focus on capturing and leveraging thought leadership and Intellectual Capital
o Manages complete capture of assignment knowledge and drives to ensure it is available firm-wide
o Contributes to the development of Intellectual Capital, point of view, articles, methodologies in Special Interest Groups
o Proactively seek new knowledge
o Direct teams in the search and use of already documented Intellectual Capital in new and unique assignments
o Leverage deep knowledge of all the MasterCard Advisors capabilities and how they fit together to offer new innovative solutions
Takes lead role in recruiting, training and developing others
