Manager, Lead Generation, CEE Retail and Commerce
About the Position
An integral driver of Mastercard rapid growth, in this role you will be focused on business-to-business marketing and lead generation efforts to drive revenue goals in the EMEA region with a focus on Central Eastern Europe.. You will become an expert in the capabilities and value of the Mastercard solutions for merchant organizations (i.e. retailers, airlines, hotels, telecoms). In the Lead Generation Analyst/Manager role, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders within the organization to identify the marketing/sales content and strategies that will most effectively grow revenue within each business unit including Mastercard Advisors, Platforms, Data Solutions, and Loyalty Solutions.
Example projects include event management, thought leadership (e.g. white papers, blogs) development, content management and distribution, crafting pitches to support new client engagements and sales support material creation including case studies and other relevant material that demonstrate value-add of solutions. You will be responsible for the growth of Mastercard specifically within the retail, travel, and telecom industries.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Relevant experience in a B2B marketing role or in an industry organization (retail, telecom, travel)
Inquisitive, with an aptitude for analytical / quantitative problem-solving
Highly motivated, self-directed, hard-working professional with a hands-on mentality
Ability to solve business cases and demonstrate strong numerical skills
Strong business aptitude and understanding of the trends and dynamics driving the industries of focus
Exceptional written skills
Strong attention to detail is critical, given that lead generation analysts regularly create content for executive audiences
Understanding of fundamental B2B marketing strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Any graphic design background or skills are a plus
Superior academic record at a leading university
Fluency in English required; Fluency in a second Eastern European language/Arabic in addition is preferred
