What part the candidate will play in the success of Mastercard:

You will provide a central point for Reporting within Service Delivery, Assurance and a central point for Reporting across all VocaLink services.

You will be responsible for capturing and defining Reporting Requirements for new reports.

You will be responsible for the design, development/maintenance and production of accurate and timely MI Reports for internal and external customers.

You will regularly review existing Reports and KPIs, examining and evaluating their purpose and content and recommending improvements accordingly.

What the duties of the role are:

Responsible for being a focal point for Service Reporting and KPI queries within Service Delivery and Assurance.

Responsible for the delivery of agreed service level reports and Management Information (MI) for all the services across the business within agreed service level timeframes in line with agreed standards (Daily, weekly and monthly reports)

Responsible for reporting on the performance of VocaLink in delivery of all its services to customers, against Service Levels and key process KPI’s.

Providing statistical analysis on all data, highlighting trends, and areas for potential improvement.

Responsible for ensuring that all reports meet agreed quality standards and that measures are in place for data verification and testing prior to distribution.

Responsible for providing agreed KPI’s and metrics on the departmental performance in delivering reports against agreed service levels and ensuring this is continually measured.

Responsible for contributing to the standardisation of SLA reporting, enabling the production for the large customer base and variety of products and services.

Maintaining a Reporting Catalogue that details all reports produced by the team.

Maintaining the COO Reporting SharePoint Site.

Responsible for contributing to the review of mechanisms for electronic production of reports. Responsible for developing new reporting techniques utilising existing skill base and introducing and learning new technologies.

Responsible for assisting various teams in the provision of servicing customer and internal senior management requests for data.

Responsible for attending and chairing meetings with internal stakeholders.

Responsible for presenting results of investigation to management and senior management where required.

Responsible for capturing requirements for new reports, and assisting the customer in determining what they want and the best way of getting it.

Regular reviews of existing MI Reports with stakeholders.

Regular reviews of KPIs with our stakeholders.

Who would suit this position:

The position would suit somebody with the following skills:

• Excellent Visual Presentation Skills.

• Proven ability to manage time effectively.

• Proficient with the SAP Business Objects suite of tools.

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel and Word.

• Demonstrable team working skills with the ability to work with others and on own initiative.

• Demonstrable interpersonal skills that cover influencing, negotiation, consultation and assertiveness.

• Proven verbal and written communications skills.

• Understanding of MI and Reporting Concepts.

Additional desirable skills that would be of benefit:

• Experience with BMC Remedy.

• Proficiency with Power BI.

• Understanding of Databases and writing SQL especially Oracle and MS SQL server.

• Capable of writing VBA code.

• Good understanding of the financial products offered by Vocalink.
