Director, Sales Enablement

Overview

Mastercard Data & Services encompasses Mastercard's offerings beyond the transaction. By harnessing the power of our real-time, anonymized and aggregated transaction data, powerful software platforms and wealth of expertise, we empower customers to unlock a holistic view of consumer behavior, distill actionable insights and make more data-driven decisions.

Sales enablement team drives initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity for Data & Services, with innovative use of data and technology.

Role

  • Understand our business objectives and envision enablers required to drive those

  • Engage business teams (Sales, Delivery, Product) to understand their priorities and pain-points

  • Use innovative techniques for problem solving and work with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions

  • Drive implementation with desired outcomes and behavioral change

  • Lead initiatives such as:

o Develop on-demand and actionable data intelligence suite to support strategic decisioning across sales performance management, customer success management etc.

o Design and deploy next gen productivity tools to drive automation and efficiency across customer lifecycle (e.g. CRM, Contract automation, platform usage management, renewals etc.)

o Mine better quality data insights using modelling and data analytics for a variety of use-cases e.g. revenue forecasting, product profitability analysis, engagement value quantification etc.

All about you

  • Experience in leading digital transformation and/or data intensive initiatives, preferably in consulting / B2B services organizations

  • 12+ years of experience, with an undergraduate or master's degree

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Exposure to any of these domains – CRM and Sales productivity tools (e.g. Salesforce); Customer success management; Data management and reporting platforms (e.g. Tableau)
