Mastercard Advisors is the services arm of Mastercard (MA) and is a key component to Mastercard's differentiation, innovation and success. Mastercard Advisors support Financial Institutions, Retailers and Commerce, Acquirers, Processors and Governments around the world to solve complex business problems using unrivaled data, consulting and execution capabilities.
The Advisors Digital Practice is responsible for creating incremental revenue for Advisors and differentiating Mastercard in the Financial Services, Retail/Commerce and Public Private Partnership verticals, leveraging Advisors digital expertise, data as well as analytical tools and in partnerships with complementary Mastercard services. The Digital Practice will be responsible for developing offerings, helping our clients on their digital roadmap and enabling them to use Mastercard's digital assets in the most efficient and effective way.
The consultant will play the role as a digital strategy development lead working with a broad set of Mastercard customers and the advisor consulting delivery and business development team to spearhead world class Digital Transformation Strategy and consulting efforts. The consultant will incorporate key tools and partners to develop and provide a compelling portfolio of digital strategy assets to enable compelling design patterns to be used with key customers. The Digital Strategist will play a key role in developing one generation ahead strategy/solutions with lighthouse clients and then codifying the resultant tools, artifacts and processes for placement in the GDP platform and subsequent use across the global delivery team. The consultant will help develop capability maturity frameworks and associated diagnostics and drive their delivery into the field for use by customers. The consultant green belt will work with consultants globally to deliver the content as well as working on the relevant standards and industry initiatives
Based on experience, the consultant will create design patterns for fast diffusion & replication of solutions, and will capture them in Playbooks made available to the Advisors consultant community. The strategist will lead a working group of internal consultants to use the collective intelligence of Mastercard Advisors to continuously evolve and develop world leading digital strategy.

Experience working for a company or consulting company on digital themes
Experience working in digital payments or digital commerce appreciated.
Experience in strategy consulting is essential
Experience working at a CXO level with a demonstrated track record of digital success.
Very persuasive in all interactions with internal and external clients, to communicate and influence across levels
Masters or higher degree preferred, undergraduate degree from a leading university required
Willingness to travel 50% across AP region
