The Dispute Lifecycle team is looking for a Software Engineer I to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset
The Dispute Resolution program exists to arbitrate customer disputes and compromise events, across current, new, and evolving platforms, through the use of innovative processes, data analytics, and cyber intelligence, thereby fostering balance and integrity in the payments ecosystem.
In this Position you will:
• Develop applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Develop Java based applications using Springboot, Hibernate, Restful Webservices etc.
• Work with Business/Systems Analysts and Quality Engineers in a behavioral driven development environment..
• Utilize vendor products and custom built solutions to enable business opportunities in a global marketplace.
All About You
The Ideal Candidate for this position should have:
• Good communication skills with Agile knowledge.
• Good development and analytical skills using Java, J2EE and related technologies.
• Knowledge of Web services and automation testing.
• Good knowledge and be able to learn and implement latest J2EE technologies.
• Some Experience of developing Microservices – ideally on a Cloud environment.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts.
• Some Experience working with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Chef, Cruise Control etc.
• Experience working with code coverage and health reporting tools such as Sonar would also be an advantage.
