All About the Role
• Support development of new products, work with Product VPs, designers,
engineers, and other cross functional disciplines to build new data-driven
•Support the end-to-end product development process from concept to
commercialization, with a focus on desirability, feasibility, and viability, using a
disciplined, agile gating process.
•Develop processes to run product development efficiently and prioritize
•Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external
•Manages overall Innovation Management & Governance Processes including:
Ideas collection, reviews, intake, and overall studio process.
•Works with SVP, VP to set up and manage all idea reviews requiring EVP
approvals, Cross Functional Senior Leadership Approvals, Program Cabinet
•Manages in-take process for NPD and supports appropriate staffing decisions
to execute, etc.
•Manages Incremental Funding requests with Finance, and investment
•Manages tracking of all NPD initiatives per investment
•Supports the overall management of the D&S Innovation Program. This
includes working with Program Co-Founders with Cabinet Administration.

Ability to drive an innovation process seamlessly with multiple work streams and stakeholders
Strong strategic thinker with ability to quickly assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, focus on relevant facts, and execute a plan
Experience with Investment Prioritization, budgeting for new products
Experience in project management / consulting / product management / product development / operations business management / process improvement
Likes to delve into details, but can see the big picture
Experience managing innovation processes
Nimbly respond to what the business needs. Execute on urgent needs, be a sounding board for team members, serve as a connection point for incoming (and outgoing) team requests.
