Job Title

Specialist, Product Management, Credit MEA

As a Specialist, Product Management, you will be responsible for maintaining the existing product platforms, marketing and communication, customer experience, operations, reporting, etc. Additionally, you will also be responsible for supporting any new product development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Communications €“ Communication of benefits to issuers, cardholders, internal stakeholders, through the B2B and B2C communication channels. Responsible for all product-related B2B and B2C collaterals. Key point of contact for external marketing agencies and internal stakeholders for all content & product marketing. Develop concept and execution of product campaigns and be able to measure potential impact and report KPIs to internal stakeholders. Digitize all content delivery to issuers and consumers.

Training €“ Responsible for creating and delivering training content for internal and external stakeholders

Benefits Management €“ Liaise with internal Mastercard teams responsible for sourcing and delivery of regional product benefits through external vendors. Liaising with global counterparts to roll-out global benefits in the region.

Operations Management €“ Ensure a seamless benefit fulfilment process for existing benefits, manage customer complaints, and support market roll-outs and implementation of new benefits or platforms.

Product CVP Development and Design - Develop Mass / Millennial CVP leveraging digital as a key differentiator. Includes ideation, conception, business plan development, research and validation of ideas, implementation and market support. Support ongoing enhancement, revamps and maintenance of existing CVPs
