We have a position open in Payment Service Denmark where you can be part of this journey. We focus on delivering Bill payment solutions to consumer and corporates in Denmark with an eye on the Nordic market – and now as a Mastercard entity, with global ambitions.

We have an exciting position responsible for running Payment Service’s portfolio of development initiatives, across Bill payment services to consumer and corporates in Denmark.

The position requires 4 key competences:

• Strong portfolio driver capabilities

• Commercial and financial mindset

• Have a passion and an ambition for taking lead on new product deliverables

• Redefine/align portfolio processes with Mastercard’s setup

You will be a member of a team of capable, competent employees with a strong drive for setting the direction, defining value creating initiatives and ensure that these initiatives reach the market in due time and with the expected result.

As such it is vital that we have a professional execution of the whole portfolio, handle discrepancies in due time, have a clear understanding of the bumpy road ahead and can manage our ambition and execution in a smart way – hence good demand & capacity handling. You will be responsible for driving our Roadmap and capacity plan in collaboration with product managers and line managers.

You are a team player with great communication skills, strong process and structure capabilities and with a drive for ensuring that we deliver superior solutions to the market!

About you

You will have Strong portfolio driver capabilities alongside:

• Have experience in driving large portfolio of development initiatives

• Understand what excellent looks like and strive to transform

• Have a servant leader understanding on how to support the organisation in running the all initiatives with respect for Business strategy, movements within competitive payment solutions, Demand & capacity alignment AND our ability to deliver needed capabilities in due time!

• Be familiar with relevant tools like Jira or CA Rally

• Commercial and financial mindset

• Have strong business case modelling capability and can support Product Managers in breaking down initiatives and building business cases where both cost & revenue drivers are well-defined

• Have experience in optimising cost reduction initiatives across a business unit or spotting potential new revenue within current solutions in collaboration with our commercial management team

• Have experience in budget and forecasting processes – and in supporting the finance team

• Have a passion and an ambition for taking lead on new product deliverables

• Experience in project manager experience in complex deliverables – with a proven track delivery record of either IT or business initiatives

• Can operate well in various development paradigms and experienced in delivering in a scaled agile setup

• Superior stakeholder management competences

• Experience in working in a global delivery setup

• Redefine/align portfolio processes with Mastercard Way of Working

• Strong process mindset, with a driver for optimisation/simplification regarding capability & portfolio processes

The ideal and preferred candidate has a background from a similar position in one of the Nordic banks or financial institutions.

We furthermore expect you to be fluent in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian plus master English on business level.
