Office Manager

Aiia Mastercard has been on a growth trajectory for years, from a small startup in the Nordics to a pan-European scaleup. We’re nowhere near done. With Mastercard’s recent acquisition of Aiia, we expect even faster and more growth.

You’ll be responsible for proving our employees with an excellent experience, and an office space that keeps up with our growth. Our office in Islandsbrygge, Copenhagen is our home away from home. Here, our vastly diverse and talented team innovates, cooperates, and has fun. You’ll be the key person to provide our employees with an unforgettable experience and a space that fits their needs.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Navigating, coordinating, and utilizing the vendors and relationships Mastercard already has.

  • Be in close contact with the Real estate team.

  • Pro-actively plan and develop the office according to the team’s need and growth.

  • Inventory management

  • Shipping and receiving

  • Reporting on your progress to the HR Manager.

  • Ordering snacks, gifts and anything that breaks up the week. Like us – you know that Wednesdays are even more special with a surprise snack or a weird soda.

  • Support ordering supplies and arranging venues for social events.

Your background:

  • Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing skills.

  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and have very strong organizational skills and time management skills.

  • You’re tech savvy – so generating reports, switching between Mac’s and PC’s comes naturally to you.

  • You thrive in a dynamic company

  • Strong interpersonal skills – you feel motivated and energized by working in a tight team and making the employee journey a joy ride.

  • Above all – you have a can-do attitude.

COVID-19 Considerations
