Manager, Core Products & Digital
This individual reports to the Country Manager, the Divisional Core Products Vice President and the Divisional Digital Products Director. This Manager will be responsible for leading in Venezuela all Mastercard Core and Digital Products Management, designing and executing a product level strategy aligned with the market priorities and objectives. In addition, the Product Manager identifies, assess and develops new product opportunities and/or enhancements to the existing products line.
This position works closely with the Divisional Leaders of Credit, Debit, Commercial, Prepaid, Acceptance, Processing, ACH and Digital Products in the development of Venezuela product level strategy, elaborating and executing annual plans leveraging the Divisional and Regional resources.The primary responsibility for this position is to lead the growth of existing businesses in Venezuela using the Product Management Excellence Methodology, which focuses in three main areas of work; Product Development, Product Implementation and Product Management. This individual works with most of the Mastercard organization functions such as Account Management, Marketing, Advisors and Operations and Technology to design implement and deliver outstanding value propositions that supported by sound business models.
Develops product strategies and roadmaps to execute to ensure maximum penetration of market segments. Manages and maintains existing product lines on an on-going basis, including partner management. Conducts opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts. Provides design specifications for product enhancements to Product Development. Defines business and technical requirements, and manages the relationships of technical resources and the Global Technology Organization to maintain and build out platforms.
Acts as a business owner and manages long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for a commercialized products.
Roles in this family oversee product evolution, establish go-to-market strategy, optimize products and resources, implement incremental improvements within the products life cycle, conduct ongoing care and maintenance, and manage P&L.
The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction throughout the execution of assigned programs or benefits for a specific product, and shepherds the program lifecycle through proactive client management.
Delivers Solutions and Benefits, and impacts the business of the market/country by helping the account managers as he or she will be the product expert.
