Senior Analyst, Product Delivery (Mastercard Academy)

Overview

Does bringing innovative training solutions to customers interest you? Does building a stronger training value proposition to customers motivate you?

A critical piece to the success of Mastercard resides in its ability to provide educational and training services to customers in every aspect of the Payment Systems industry and Mastercard products, services, and operations. In the LAC Region, this service is provided via the Mastercard Academy program.

This function is based in Sao Paulo.

Responsibilities

o Coordinates and executes on Mastercard Academy strategy implementation cross-country.

o Acts as central point of contact for customer trainings for both customers and/or Mastercard customer representatives.

o Leads the regional effort to devise new topics of training, and works with business areas to develop and deploy new courses.

o Manages the standardization of Academy processes and tools throughout the region.

o Ensures the timely response and resolution of day-to-day customer issues as related to Academy trainings.

o Responsible for securing alignment with business areas across the region to ensure adequate and timely response to customer training needs.

o Partners with the sales teams to proactively identify and provide customized training solutions to customers.

Experiences:

o Demonstrated success in providing customized business solutions to customers.

o Sound knowledge of the Payment Systems Industry.

o High ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, multi-tasking environment.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to effectively coordinate multiple external and internal resources to produce results in a highly dynamic environment.

o Proven sense of urgency, demonstrated resourcefulness, and proactive.

o Excellent organizational skills.

o Great inter-personal skills with the ability to act collaboratively across functions with a results-driven orientation.
