Senior Specialist, Product Management


The Loyalty Solutions team is looking for a Senior Specialist, Product management to act as a business owner and manage long-term and short-term strategic initiatives to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.


In this client-facing position, you will:

• Partner with Customers (any segment) in High Growth European Markets to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver Loyalty services.

• Lead the program management and support implementation of new Loyalty products and services, including Benefits&Insurance and Rewards&Offers, both one-to-one and market-wide initiatives

• Support product management team efforts in developing strategic business plans and product roadmaps

• Work with internal Mastercard teams to analyze internal and external stakeholder needs and issues

• Provide input into profitability targets for different products, take responsibility for driving Loyalty revenue

• Communicate new information, industry trends and market insights to internal and external stakeholders

• Track progress and report on project plans for creation and implementation of new product features and enhancements

• Support development of internal knowledge documents such as case studies and industry best practices

• Support development of sales strategy and objectives, and provide training, material development, and product expertise for sales

• Support the development of business cases and requirements for product enhancements

• Continuously monitor progress, customer feedback, and provide status updates and project milestones to the project team, manager, the client

• Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of supported services to train customer and internal stakeholders

• Require minimum guidance on execution, be responsible for own work assignments and take the initiative to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

• Responsible for accurately tracking opportunities and project progressions within track reports and SF where applicable

All About You

• Experience in project management, reviewing data reports and developing preliminary product adjustment recommendations

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities/ initiatives in parallel according to the agreed priorities. Ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure

• Outstanding communication skills to present relevant programme information to management and stakeholders

• Attentive to details with an ability to understand and manage both operational and sales processes

• Ability to hear the customer in order to find out what their needs are and how a product or service can help

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information and apply to business solutions

• Experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong team player, quick learning

• Fluent English required, Romanian and Bulgarian languages are advantageous
