Job Title

Sr. Specialist, Product Experience Design

SessionM offers a full suite of technology and services to deliver a customized end-to-end loyalty marketing solution that makes your customers happier and businesses more profitable. Our product team loves solving complex problems utilizing data and analytics, but we also obsess about customer experience.

We are currently seeking a Product Experience Designer to help us deliver on our vision for a global next generation loyalty platform. The Product Experience Designer will create engaging and intuitive user experiences and will stop at nothing to bring their ideas to life through thoughtful decision making and well crafted prototypes. They will work closely with product manager, engineers and other stakeholders to guide the direction of our product. Applicants must show portfolio of work that clearly communicates successful implementations of user-focused designs.

Responsibilities

● Work on the full design lifecycle, including:

● Competitive analysis

● Information architecture

● Wireframing

● Prototyping

● Usability testing

● Work with product managers to understand the business requirements

● Present the designs to engineering, and assist with visual QA

● Work with engineers in an agile process

● Be able to work quickly while still being thoughtful about the details.

Qualification

● 3+ years experience in UI/UX design

● Strong knowledge of best practices and current trends

● Works well in a fast-paced environment

● Skilled at practicing a lean UX approach

● Excellent problem solving skills

● Good at presenting designs & articulating design decisions

● Highly collaborative

● Detail-oriented

● Good at accepting feedback

Preferred:

● Experience with Figma

● Degree in a related discipline

● Experience working on B2B SAAS products

● Comfortable with HTML/CSS
