Human Resources Specialist Business Partner for Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, and Caribbean Region a is responsible of development and implementation of HR initiatives, and management of core human resources activities, will act as a positive cultural change agent, consultant and business advisor in partnering with employees, managers and leadership teams in enabling the execution of business strategies and initiatives. This position reports into the Vice President, Human Resources Geo Central & LAC IMK & O&T and is based in Bogota, Colombia.

The individual in this role will be a key member in executing against strategic initiatives designed to enhance HR effectiveness and delivery, and is responsible for developing and deploying HR best practices to business stakeholders, LAC HR colleagues and the global HR community. This individual will be responsible for managing and performing a wide range of HR activities for the groups that s/he supports.
Manage the day-to-day aspects of one or more complex projects; partners with key stakeholders across business verticals at large to ensure the timely coordination and execution of plans and activities, including management the Talent Acquisition process for the region supported, workforce planning assessment, employee relations, compensation and benefits initiatives and deployment, training and development activities development and deployment, engagement and culture initiatives, coach employees in a day to day basis, performance management, provide local representation on all global mobility assignments; coordinate the immigration documents for outgoing and incoming employees, manage & implement employee relations issues, ensuring HR policies and procedures are in place and in compliance with local labor laws and regulations, in order to create the best human resources platforms assuring the best place to work for and the best environment to work with.

All About You
Demonstrated 7+ years of strong HR Business Partner experience in a multi-country environment preferably in the technology, consumer & goods, retail companies. Have leaded change management processes and transformational cultural processes in high performance organizations. Experience building high collaborative, high performance and agile culture and environments.
Bachelors degree required, advanced degree and/or certification in HR preferred; MBA or Master Degree is desired
Bilingual English Spanish
Core knowledge of HR principles, theories and concepts
Extensive experience in employee relations
Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives exercising sound judgment, solutions orientation and flexibility
Must demonstrate the ability to work cross functionally and across multiple geographies, people management skills and development, strong leadership capabilities and change agent skills
Must have strong analytical, presentation, verbal and written communications skills
