Within Advisors, Managed Services offers marketing and communication services to develop and enhance the relationship of our clients with their customers

The Senior Specialist, Direct Marketing position based in Bogotá is responsible for leading the execution of marketing consulting and execution engagements for our clients in Colombia and other countries in South America and Caribbean (Geo-Central Division)

Supports delivery of marketing solutions and excellent quality executions in a timely and efficient manner.

Leads, influences and delivers the digital marketing agenda internally and with partners across all key marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve key business objectives and strong returns of marketing investments.

Initiates ideas, designs and implements marketing initiatives with external agencies, banks and/or partners

Supports execution of end-to-end digital marketing which includes: analytical review of media strategies and plans, troubleshoots and works with partners to propose successful results-driven digital marketing strategies.

Hones-in on trends and insights and proposes innovative and strategic digital marketing solutions that drive value and results

Leverages, interprets and analyzes data and insights to plan and implement marketing initiatives

Coordinates with internal and external parties to process payments and to ensure timely submission for financials through Mastercard€™s core systems

All About You

Bachelor€™s degree. MBA Preferred

Digital marketing knowledge and experience is a must, including excellent knowledge of latest digital marketing trends

Experience required at driving results-oriented, fact-based marketing campaigns at financial institutions and/or industries with similar mechanic

Experience required in the following digital channels/methods: Digital acquisition (email, sms, social media, web and app-based), Digital engagement (email, sms, social media, web and app-based, social listening, geo-location, beacons), Omni-media engagement journeys (Offline to Digital, Digital to Offline, Contactability Optimization); Digital Call-to-Action (Click to: call, URL, SMS, Map, Calendar, Coupon, etc.)Application of analytics and metrics to drive and measure the success of marketing campaigns

Experience in data-based A/B testing and test and learn methodologies preferred

Strong P&L management is a must

Contract negotiation and agency management experience

Ability to work on independently on multiple projects simultaneously and deal with ambiguity

Excellent relationship skills to interact with partners, clients and other internal areas

Travel required for project delivery

Fluent English required
