Manager, Global Talent Acquisition
The jobholder will recruit for China.
This jobholder will provide thought leadership around the design, launch and delivery of Talent Acquisition initiatives. The jobholder will also be hands-on in terms of the management of their requisitions.
The jobholder will need to partner with and be perceived as a credible expert by senior and executive management, business unit management teams, HR Business Partners, subject matter experts and other key stakeholders across China and the broader company
Manage vacancies for specific business areas across China incorporating all business units, but with a particular focus on Technology positions.
Develop the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition infrastructure across China by:
- Creating and actively managing a robust sourcing strategy, aligned with APACs structure
- Driving execution excellence across the function by measurably increasing the uses of social media, employee referral, and other direct sourcing methods, establishing process that enable immediate access to candidate and process data and implementing a robust on boarding experience for all new hires
All About You:
Significant in-house and/or agency experience in Talent Acquisition with an ability to handle high volume, complex positions
Demonstrated success in creating, launching and executing Talent Acquisition initiatives
Track record of influencing and partnering senior and executive managers
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Good influencing and negotiation skills
Well-developed planning and organizing skills, with the ability manage a heavy workload and conflicting priorities
Competent PC skills and the ability to quickly master internal and external systems and platforms necessary for success in this role (such as social and business networking sites like , Facebook, WeChat etc.)
