HR Operations Manager, China


This position is responsible for managing the development and delivery of HR programs and services to Mastercard China new business. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining HR infrastructure; ensuring the smoothly running in HR Operations; supporting HR Head develop and implement of HR strategies/initiatives.


Set up and maintain HR infrastructure in China new business in line with Mastercard€™s guiding principle

Design operational strategies and the delivery of HR programs

Support HR Head develop and implement of HR strategies/initiatives

Ensure initiatives align with business goals and processes are maintained to meet service and quality standards

Recommend, communicate and implement business or process improvements

Interfaces with internal and external resources (vendors) to obtain needed information to execute service delivery improvements and transaction processing

Monitor local policies and programs to ensure a full compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Lead the HR Operations team to perform day-to-day activities to implement HR policies and programs

All About You

Bachelor€™s Degree or above

Proven working experience in HR Shared Service Management

Has experience in start-ups in China

Core knowledge of HR principles, theories and concepts.

Strong process management skills and attention to details

High sense of urgency

Solid communication skills, ability and willingness to exercise initiative

Strong analytical, problem solving skills, innovative spirit and planning skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint

Advanced English literacy

Travel required
