Overview

Ethoca a Mastercard Company is seeking a Director of Business Applications to lead our applications team with responsibilities for Sales, Billing and Finance Operations and associated technologies to support Ethoca’s business units. The role is critical to the ongoing success of our business teams and works directly with other business leaders across the organization.

Role

Partner with Sales, Finance and other business leaders across the organization to deliver technology and operational solutions covering a wide variety of uses cases from Sales, Product and Finance. In this role you will own Ethoca’s CRP, ERP, Billing and associated technologies and processes and the overall implementation of solutions across these functional domains. You have an in-depth knowledge of the quote to cash cycle and with an in depth understanding of the key drivers, processes and technologies across multiple business domains that make this process function effectively, efficiently, and correctly. Finally, you have experience leading a diverse team of professionals across a number of business units and responsibilites.

• You are leader in Sales Operations in driving revenue growth and optimization, operational excellence, and effective business processes.

• You can drive Sales Operations through effective reporting and KPI development and through making recommendations for optimized procedures and processes.

• You are a technology expert in Salesforce CRM and can recommend and provide solutions that benefit our Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, Finance and all other users of Salesforce.

• You are a leader in Billing operations, technologies and processes and you have experience building, supporting and operationalizing complex subscription billing.

• You understand the complexities of billing operations and customer configurations spanning multiple customer types and hierarchies and have experience in running billing across hundreds of millions of transactions and data points.

• You are an expert in ERP (NetSuite) and have experience working with finance organizations in the areas of accounting, invoicing and collections as related to customer billing and revenue.

• You understand the customer lifecycle as it relates to the quote to cash cycle and have an in depth understanding of customers and their needs across this process as it relates to supporting functions in Sales, Finance and Customer Experience and other business areas.

• You are passionate about innovation and expanding our current use cases to include utilizing new technologies to support business growth.

• You’re a people leader and can grow and mentor your team members in order to scale and position your organization effectively.

• You can collaborate with your stakeholders effectively and can partner with people across all levels of the organization.

Experience:

• Sales operations and working hand in hand with Sales leaders

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration

• Subscription billing experience in a large scale, complex environments, preferably using GoTransvers (TRACT)

• Experience with ERP (preferably NetSuite and/or Oracle)

• Experience leading a diverse group of resources spanning Sales Operations, Billing Operations, Finance Operations

• You are an excellent communicator, collaborator, and team player and your passionate about leadership

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, IT, information systems or related field
