Account Manager, Loyalty Solutions
Mastercard Loyalty Solutions NZ supports Mastercard Account Leads to implement loyalty strategies within key issuing clients.
We hold key relationships within issuing clients and also our merchant partners. We help both achieve revenue and customer engagement targets, create and manage the relationships and partnerships with NZ based merchants and support MasterCard by providing relevant merchant offers to key issuers customers.

Main point of contact for merchant partners, providing day to day management, establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
Oversees client engagement strategy including one to one relationship planning, strategic review schedule, business review schedule and ongoing WIP meeting schedule and documentation.
Generates leads, manages sales calls and develops client proposals leveraging sales materials created by product leads.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings based on qualitative and quantitative client survey.
Understand our merchant client and partner competitive environments and industries. Feed this knowledge back to our clients as part of regular reviews and strategic account plans.
Conduct market development activities and drive market preparation activities, translating marketing strategy to sales and account strategies and channel management approaches if appropriate.
All About You
You will have knowledge of the NZ merchant / retail market with previous account management experience in this market.
You will have project management skills and an ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at once.
High level of business acumen and an understanding of what commercial levers are important to different businesses.
An understanding of the loyalty and rewards sector.
