The MasterCard Data & Services global product team is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and development of its Alerts feature set across its Mastercard Intelligence Center (MIC) and Acquirer Intelligence Center (AIC) platforms.

Mastercard Intelligence Center is at the heart of a world-class analytics eco-system built on a universe of transactional and behavioral data. It helps customers across the globe make smarter data-driven decisions and move the needle on their business performance. Our Product Managers are listening to our customers and driving new innovations in self-service analytics, insights and diagnostics.

Product Managers in Data & Services at Mastercard have the following responsibilities

• Own, define and deliver end-to-end strategy for multiple features for the Mastercard Intelligence Center product from inception to launch

• Are responsible for translating a deep understanding of our customers into product design and requirements

• Design and conduct user research, including customer interviews, in order to deepen understanding of customers’ pain points, motivations and opportunities

• Translate business priorities into clear, actionable technical requirements for engineering team

• Work closely with engineering teams, designers and operational teams to prioritize development efforts as they align against product strategy

• Ensure consistent alignment between business priorities and development objectives

• Promote internal and external feature adoption

• Partner with internal Delivery teams to answer product questions and provide product support

• Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals

What would make you the perfect candidate. If you:

• Have Knowledge of or experience (1-2 years) in agile product management

• Have Passion for experience led data products

• Are detail oriented

• Have analytical and solutions-oriented mindset

• Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Are Highly organized and able to deal with multiple and competing priorities

• Have Knowledge of product management tools

• Are Strong at SQL; Knowledge of R, Python is a plus

• Have a technical background (e.g. Bachelors in Computer Science or related field)

NYC Salary Range: $92,000 - $143,000
