The Vice President, Program Management Access 3.0 will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Access 3.0 program. Access management is a function of Security Services Delivery and manages the access provisioning of internal and external users for most of MasterCard's systems and networks. The Access 3.0 program is the program to mature the access management program at Mastercard. The successful candidate will be able to drive Corporate Security teams as well as the appropriate participation from all organizations impacted by the Access 3.0 program. A successful candidate will also have the ability to create transparency and simplified communications related to Access 3.0 and its updates by developing communications about the status of the program in a way that is digestible for board and executive committee members that have little to no understanding of access.
Leads planning, organization and communications and overall integration of access management 3.0 roadmap.
Ensures all communications strategies are integrated and aligned with corporate strategies.
Creates communications plans to meet the needs of employees and the organization.
Works with senior management to develop and drive communications strategies through the organization.
Oversees efforts to ensure that employees throughout the organization have access to information that supports clear understanding of the access managements strategic direction.
Ensures creation and dissemination of clear and concise communications and consults with and assists managers to produce more effective communications.
Works with project sponsors and stakeholders to develop project plans including the scope statement, work breakdown structure, schedule, and communication plan.
Counsels senior executives and department heads on regarding access 3.0 messaging and provides strategy plans
Works with business leaders to ensure resource availability, workload and performance as well as to drive project vision through effective risk management and manage changes through a defined change management system.
Implements the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project.
Works closely with key personnel and subject matter experts across all departments to ensure coordinated management of integration project activities.
Organize and facilitate cross functional project meetings.
Track and report on project status including schedule and scope adherence, risks and issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Develop, maintain and distribute project documentation, as required.
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned and required.
