Overview\nThe Product Management Excellence (PME) team is responsible for championing the Product Management discipline (Create, Build, Run) including:\nomaintaining a culture of product management excellence\nodriving a change management agenda to advance the skills and mindset of employees accountable for product development and management\nodefining leading practices\noproviding thought leadership \noproviding tools and process to support product managers\nThe Business Leader PME position is responsible for driving the Product Management discipline and framework across Core Products \nAre you passionate about product innovation and product management? \nDo you have experience working with cross functional teams involved with the development and management of products including Product, Marketing, O&T, LFI, Sales and Delivery? \nAre you an effective communicator and able to influence others?\nHave you supported a change agenda across a matrixed organization?\n\n\nRole\nDrive adoption of the Product Management framework and tools across Core Products\nSupport the Global Product Peer Review and Gating; align with Regional Peer Review leads to ensure compliance to gating requirements.\nAlign with community of PME Champions across GP&S to align PME processes (e.g. Peer Review, Product Catalog), share feedback and gather learnings\nReport on PME metrics to measure adoption \nCollaborate with all MasterCard functions engaged in Product Management to develop and enhance PME tools including the Product Management Framework, Product Management Guide, Market Readiness Assessment and others (e.g. Product, Marketing, LFI, O&T, Finance, Delivery) \nDrive plan to increase discipline on Run phase including developing and packaging performance metrics, Product Plans and Product Reviews\nPartner with Core Products Strategy & Operations to embed and leverage data analytics capabilities\nCollaborate with Sales Effectiveness team to manage and ensure the Product Catalog in salesforce.com accurately reflects all Products available to sell\nSupport implementation of a Product Lifecycle Management tool \nDevelop and deliver PME communications (e.g. PME Central, Roadshow) to all MasterCard constituents\nWork on selective cross-functional initiatives that require consultative strategic support\n\n\nAll About You\nPrevious business experience in product management and /or product development\nAbility to influence and lead others by example through strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills \nStrong learning agility, intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity\nAbility to oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently\nExperience with system implementation\nCollege Degree required; advanced degree a plus
