Job Title

Architect - (.NET, security and Infrastructure knowledge)


Designs frameworks, and develops strategies, frameworks, and approaches for enterprise-wide systems based on best practices and technology trends to align with and influence business needs

Leads the establishment and improvement of policies, standards, guidelines and design patterns

Assists with the definition of system specifications


Develop and promote the company's target architecture to support and enable business strategies

Leads complex initiatives and projects

Applies technical capabilities within own discipline to coach and develop junior employees

Provides input into performance appraisal process for some junior employees or team members

Develops technology standards within a single technology domain,

Develops and maintains architectural standards, roadmaps, best practices, and scorecards, and researches industry best practices within a single technology or business domain

Interacts directly with vendors for architectural reviews and oversees more junior team members


Experience in Architecture, Development, or other relevant IT experience, with knowledge across multiple MasterCard product lines

Experience in leading business system application and architecture design, and in influencing technology direction in range of breadth of IT areas.

Developing specialization in a particular functional are (i.e. consumer facing, business facing)
