Job Title

Analyst - Physical Security


Act as the first point of contact for Corporate Security services in the India region.

Support physical security and personnel protection related programs for India region.

Management of security vendor providing guarding services for Mastercard India facilities.

Support relationship management with key stakeholders on all matters pertaining to physical security.

Demonstrate knowledge and practical experience in the assessment and mitigation of risks impacting people, physical assets and facility.


Support security agenda for regional offices with the Regional Security Manager and protect Mastercard€™s data, physical assets and employees.

Support and execute local facility security operation requirements and implementation of corporate security policies.

Management of security technology systems including security surveillance, communication and access control systems.

Recognizes potential and realized security threats and takes reasonable action to mitigate risk or injuries to personnel and property.

Support local Security Control Center (SCC) and act on local security issues.

Recommends the development and implementation of physical security, programs and procedures.

Support the planning and coordination of uniformed security manpower resources for special events.

Acts as point of contact for local emergency service, law enforcement agencies and internal Mastercard departments.

Manages and administers emergency planning/response and incident management/reporting programs.

Audits security contract vendor functions for compliance with service level agreement.

Collaborate with local stakeholders (e.g. Real Estate Management) to secure the facility.

Support Executive Protection and Event Management security programs.

Support global Security Awareness program to raise awareness of data and physical security controls.

Support office move projects from Corporate Security perspective.

Understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.

Maintain reports and metrics regarding all security related incidents and activities.

Communicate regularly with Regional Security Manager regarding important security issues and execute tasks assigned by him from time to time.

All About You

The role holder should have relevant experience in physical security, surveillance and access control.

Proven track record of delivering security services and operations at the country level.

Experience to communicate with stakeholders on security requirements and provide recommendations.

Experience in physical security and risk management domain.

Working knowledge of access control security systems would be an added advantage.

Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
