Consultant, Data Analyst
Be part of the Operations & Technology Fraud Products team developing new capabilities for MasterCard's Decision Management Platform team. Our patented Java-based platform processes billions of transactions per month in tens of milliseconds using a multi-tiered, message-oriented approach for high performance and availability.

Identify gaps in requirements.
Identify dependencies between teams.
Facilitating Knowledge Transfer to Support the React Tier
Partner with Business and Development Teams to deliver solutions that are supportable/maintainable and maximize customer experience with MC products
Create/maintain operational playbooks

Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile (attending PI Planning sessions)
Ability to analyze processes and provide improvement ideas
Critical thinking skills
Familiarity with SAFE methodologies
Proficiency with data analysis/preparation (Big Data, BI, Frameworks (Oracle/DB2, Hadoop, Netezza, Splunk, Qlik, Tableau, ETL tools such as Syncsort)
Strong knowledge of SQL, ability to write, execute and optimize performance of complex queries
Expertise with information delivery and knowledge of data visualization techniques for preparing data discovery, operational and executive dashboards
