Director, Product Management - Digital Payments, Tokenization, and ACH

The Director, Digital Payments, Tokenization, and ACH will be a significant contributor to Mastercards global strategic plan to enable acceptance and capture processing share, with a focus on enabling digital payments through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) channel.
Management of Mastercards digital payments, tokenization, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) solutions The candidate will be responsible for Global product strategy development and end-to-end lifecycle management of products and services that enable digital payments through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) channel.
The role will focus on incorporating ACH payments into Mastercards digital platforms such as MDES and Masterpass in order to deliver significant value to our customers and ecosystem stakeholders including but not limited to: issuers, acquirers, merchants, and consumers
Define and manage the digital payments ACH product roadmap leveraging Mastercard technology to develop product enhancements that deliver best-in-class consumer experiences, convenient payment choices, and transaction security.
Work closely with global and regional product teams to identify product requirements, evaluate business cases, and create customer value propositions for ACH payments online, in-app, and in-store.
Manage agile product development of digital payment solutions, ensuring that critical business needs are addressed and Mastercard Technology resources deliver maximum value to the product.
Create and execute go-to-market strategies for ACH digital payment solutions, ensuring that the product has been technically enabled, tested, and delivered with requisite documentation, packaging, and sales materials.
Educate internal and external stakeholders about the strategy, product roadmap, value propositions, functionality, and commercial use cases of ACH payments.
All About You
In-depth experience with a variety of digital payment types and solutions.
General understanding of web services and backend technical processes.
Ability to mix technical knowledge with practical real world experience to bridge between business and technology.
Understanding of Mastercards sales process to traditional customers (Financial Institutions) as well Non-Financial Institution customers (merchants and technology partners).
Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, project management, and matrix-management skills are critical.
Ability to influence internal and external business partners
A proven track record providing product expertise and or training to both internal and external customers
Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and Mastercard.
Attention to detail
Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment

Bachelors degree required, having an MBA is a plus
