Business Leader, Expert Sales - Prepaid
Role\n\nThis candidate will work closely with our existing customers and new prospects in the region to grow new business and MasterCard revenues while meeting strategic market expansion objectives in South Asia for Prepaid Cards.\n\n\nPrimary purpose is to meet the Revenue and Sales Goals for the Prepaid Product in S.Asia.\nIt will involve working with the Products Specialists (in Regional and Global GP&S), providing inputs to the product solutions strategy for the region.\nThis therefore requires proactive management and influence of senior management at Divisional, Global and Individual Market levels to arrive at the business focused outcomes for the region that are aimed at meeting key MasterCard business goals for the Prepaid product.\n\nOverview\n\n Coordinate and develop sales pipeline leveraging prepaid resources in the region. This includes initiating and conducting direct sales calls, communicating and coordinating with the Prepaid product development teams in GP&S, coordinating with South Asia divisions account teams and establishing networks in the industry.\n Achieve sales and revenue objectives as set by AP management for South Asia division.\n Develop financial modeling and business cases for identified opportunities, as well as coordinate contract development ensuring execution and deal completion..\n Pro-actively identify and prioritize initiatives that drive customer and MasterCard revenues. Develop, coordinate, and deliver sales presentations to identified opportunities in collaboration with divisional expert sales and account teams.\n Coordinate with regional implementation support to ensure new and existing customer implementation needs are met.\n Communicate and coordinate with the product development organization to highlight product innovation opportunities emerging from discussions with customers and potential customers.\n Participate and contribute in the sales planning process with the Division expert sales teams.\n\nAll about You\n Deep knowledge of MasterCard products and the MasterCard Value Proposition will be an advantage.\n Entrepreneurial with keen sense of ability to identify, create and develop opportunities that increase MasterCards revenue and profitability, while maintaining strong customer focus\n Refined negotiation skills and highly skilled in influencing outcomes through positive and engaging communication\n Disciplined approach to sales pipeline development, management, tracking and reporting\n Prior experience in working with prepaid value chain partners processors, program managers, FFMCs, Travel Agents and Issuers will be of advantage\n Confident with public presentations and internal & external customer engagement meetings through presentations, discussions and development of proposal documentation. \n Strong multi-tasking skills and thrive in a fast paced, matrixed work environment.
