Business Leader Global Business Development Manager, Spain

Overview \n\n Through a strategic planning process, identify and lead the execution of customer driven business/segment solutions for a key global customer's Retail Bank with a keen focus on revenue generating opportunities for client€™s consumer, commercial & HNW customers. \n\n Provide thought leadership in the development of business strategy and priorities for the relevant business segments. Co-develop and execute on a strategy to ensure the realization of opportunities for each business segments and payments area across multiple geographies.\n \n Drive the segments and payments areas strategic alignment between the client and MasterCard. \n\n Design and execute on business segment focused solutions and programs to increase customer loyalty, share of revenue and MasterCard´s shareholders value.\n\n Identify opportunities resulting in increased volume through the introduction of new products and services to the customer. \n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Define and develop the BBVA Retail Bank global strategy \n Understand the customer€™s business and payment industry challenges\n Ability to model complex deal economics and impacts\n Liaise with regional and country teams to roll up local initiatives/activities into a global view and well as execute coordination of global initatives with in-market Account Managers.\n\nExperience\n\n Deep understanding of the retail banking business and segments and deep knowledge of global customer payment value chain\n Extensive key customer relationship management experience and strategic planning skills\n Proven experience introducing and implementing enterprise business and payments solutions into an organization\n Experience mentoring team members and influencing executive management\n Excellent writing, presentation and public speaking skills. Fluent in Spanish and English\n Master€™s degree preferred\n\n*LI-KV1
