Program Manager-2


This position will be responsible to provide payments-focused marketing services to financial institutions and merchants addressing complex challenges and opportunities of its clients. Address MasterCard's strategic and tactical performance and define different solutions for marketing campaigns. Set up strategic plan for different markets and measurable customer behavior among all payment life cycle for credit, debit and prepaid through multiple channels.

Drive Digital Conversion with Data Driven tools and platforms

Establish new partnerships with specialized vendors to enhance MasterCard€™s marketing capabilities and expertise

Create a good environment with customers through leading excellent service and attendance to consolidate partnerships

Develop end to end massive and segmented campaigns to drive measurable results

Manage marketing agencies from briefing to planning , execution, cost and results

Contribute to closing sales opportunities identified by MasterCard Advisors account cluster leads, for example by presenting at client meetings and providing input to proposals

Lead problem solving efforts and structure the project work plan

Develop compelling presentation materials, following well-structured story lines

Develop new solutions and supporting sales materials, particularly based on data insights and lifecycle management

Support Market lead with supplier management and project documentation

Extract and apply best practices across LAC region and globally, identifying opportunities to both import and export best practices and solutions

Manage Business lines budgets to ensure the best resources application, based on efficiency

Prepare complex business cases involving analytical insights and financial calculation to evaluate math metrics

Background with Merchants and Department Stores relationship and negotiation, besides understanding their business rules and performance challenges

All About You

Bachelor€™s degree

MBA is recommended

Experience at driving results oriented marketing campaigns at financial institutions and/or industries with similar mechanics

Digital marketing experience with acquiring new customers and /or lifecycle marketing required

Omni-Channel Marketing Experience with at least exposure in two or more of the following channels required: direct mail and event based marketing

Contract negotiation and agency management

Application of analytics and metrics to drive marketing campaigns

Nice to have experience working in matrixed, relationship oriented environments

Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills; excellent oral and written presentation skills

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent skill in relationship among partners, clients and internal areas

Willingness to travel for work delivery (estimated 20%)

Fluent English required; Spanish languages is a plus
