Program Manager, Human Resources


The Program Manager Human Resources will assist Sr. HR Business Partner for all HR activities in Greater China five locations (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou) that align the business strategy to the human capital strategy in order to positively impact business performance. The individual will perform a wide range of HR generalist, operational and analytical activities.


— Provide HR support to the business in varies HR areas of talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, etc.

— Execute HR programs, aligning HR strategies with business strategies.

— Provide HR support for Greater China for all aspects of HR related tasks and complex projects such as compensation & benefit, payroll, staff movement, recruitment, etc.

— Coordination among the Global and Regional HR teams as needed for projects, initiatives and processes.

— Manage the day-to-day and operational HR works such as social benefit requirement, group insurance, HR policies, etc. for staff from various locations.

— Travel required.

All About You

— Bachelor degree required with full functions HR experience from multi-national companies.

— Knowledge of employment/labor laws and relevant HR policies and practices.

— Can work under pressure and multi-tasking with efficiency and accuracy.

— Sense of urgency with a drive for results, accuracy and thoroughness.

— Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives while exercising sound judgment and flexibility.

— Strong interpersonal skills.

— Excellent oral and written communications skills

— Cultural sensitivity

— Location can be Beijing or Shanghai
