Account Manager (Thailand)

Overview

Purpose of the Account Management team is to identify and execute on opportunities to grow account revenue and share.

The account lead achieves this by developing detailed account plans for new and existing accounts and driving the execution of key tasks throughout the sales cycle (pre during and post sales), collaborating cross-functionally with product, services, marketing, finance, market development and customer delivery towards target outcomes.

The Account Manager owns the client relationship and is responsible to ensure effective client engagement across relevant client touch points, driving client satisfaction whilst negotiating positive outcomes for Mastercard.

The ideal candidate will possess proven track record in sales/business development, strong commercial acumen, analytical orientation with a passion for payments and sound knowledge in payment card issuing and acquiring businesses.

Role

Identify opportunities, develop account strategies and drive its execution.

Develop and structure customized pitches and proposals to meet client needs and address opportunities.

Manage client engagement throughout sales cycle and negotiate strong outcomes for Mastercard.

Develop and build relationships at all relevant levels of the client€™s organization to ensure effective client engagement.

Own and manage the execution activities relating to the activation of a new product, a joint marketing activity or service with the client.

Own all aspects of client servicing and client satisfaction.

All About You

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Technology, Economics, Marketing or similar

Excellent communicator and negotiator

Strong analytical and commercial acumen

Self starter and driven individual energized about solving problems

Track record in executing initiatives and projects to deliver desired outcomes

A broad understanding of banking and payments landscape and economics garnered through relevant prior experience
